HKHAWS 19-20 Circular No. 3 - Club and team registration
Dear Club Convenors,
Please find attached the official letter of invitation for the HKHAWS 2019/20 Winter League together with the checklist.
The Winter League shall be commencing in mid-September 2019 – with games expected to start on Saturday, 21 September 2019.
No-play dates have already been provided in the preregistration questionnaire completed by clubs in July. Please remind your teams that we cannot guarantee that no-play dates can be accommodated but we will do our very best to do so.
We look forward to seeing you all at the Club Convenors’ meeting on Monday, 19 August 2019 at 7:30pm. It is important that you (or a representative) attend this meeting.
Documentation regarding online player registration will be sent under separate cover.
Please complete the online club registration form http://www.hockey.org.hk/Merchandise.asp?Uid=2 and submit the evidence of payment as stipulated in the form to join the league on or before Friday, 9 August 2019.
- The designs and colours of the 2 sets of playing uniform (including socks, skirts/skorts and shirts). Shirts must be numbered. Each player must have a unique shirt number within a club. Kit design has to be sent to HKHAWS for committee's approval.
- If you are a new club or if there are any changes to the existing details, your Club’s full name, website, email address and bank account name and bank account details.
- Any changes to the convenor details which you provided in the preregistration questionnaire.
Fees: Further to the announcement at the HKHAWS 2018/19 HKHAWS AGM, the administration fee for each team has increased by $750. This is to cover the increased costs and expenses of the league. Fees for the forthcoming season (which are payable by Friday 9 August 2019) will be as follows:
(A) League Fees (Team Registration Fee) $750 (per team)
(B) Administration Fees
(i) Club Affiliation Fee $750 (per club)
(ii) Administration Fee $11,000 (per team)
(A) and (B) must be made as two separate payments.
Please note that if a Club pays the above fees aggregated into a single payment, such payment will not be accepted by the HKHA.
