HKHA P&D Section 22-23 Circular No. 5 - Youth League 22/23 - E-Match Card Submission

Attachment: Electronic Match Card Guidelines 2022_youthleague
                    P&D Youth League Match Card

Dear Convenors,

In order to reflect the team results and standing effectively after each match finished, club representatives are reminded that they have to login and submit the player list and enter umpire details in the Electronic Match Card (E-Match Card) before each match starts.  Once umpires input the scores information and submit the match card in the system, club representatives have to submit the match card in order to “complete” the e-match card and so next match’s information could then appear in your club record for next games’s submission.  E-Match Card Usage Guideline is attached for your reference.

You are advised to use the E-match card for all match result submission.  However, during the first match day, if you encounter any issue of the E-match card operation, please capture screen of the E-match card and submit the attached match card and informed us the match card issue by email gillettelee@hockey.org.hk.

Start from Week 2, every team must submit their team list and results by the E-Match Card.  E- match must be completed on the same match day.  For any late submission of E-match card, teams may be penalised and fines shall be applied which will be determined by the P&D Committee.

For the login and password, we will send the login details to you by email individually.

If you have questions, please feel free to contact Gillette by email or office number.
