Dear Convenors,

We are pleased to inform you that your team is successfully entered the Summer Mixed League 2023!

Below are some points to note:

Entry Fee

The entry fee of $1,100 per team must be received by the HKHA office on or before 12:00 on Friday, 14th July 2023.

Any team that has not paid by this date will be withdrawn from the league immediately.

Payment details:

Please prepare a cheque payable to “The Hong Kong Hockey Association” and send it to 1/F, Administration Block, King's Park Hockey Ground, 6 Wylie Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong

Kindly write down your full name and team name at the back of the cheque for our reference.

ATM or Online payment to HSBC account #658-117619-838

Please email the soft copy of the ATM or Online payment receipt to roychan@hockey.org.hk with your full name and team name for our reference. Application is deemed as unsuccessful in absence of payment receipt.

• Bylaws for HKHA SML 2023 (attached - amendments in red)

Supplements to the Bylaws for HKHA SML 2023:
1. Umpires may stop players using aerials if they considered being dangerous to other players on the field.

2. A fine/penalty will be imposed to teams concerned for no show / game walkover or fail to provide an umpire for their allotted umpire duty, the first offense is a $500 fine.  The second offense is immediate exclusion from their remaining SML games.
