Please find attached the official letter of invitation for the HKHAWS Winter League 2014/15.
The Winter League shall be commencing early again this season – with games starting on Saturday, 13 September 2014.
Our Fixtures Secretary shall require your ‘no-play’ dates by noon on Monday, 28 July 2014 as she is commencing work on the draft Fixtures and wishes to accommodate your requests. As in previous years, you may nominate one Saturday and one mid-week date for Rounds 1 and 2. We shall issue these to you at the Club Convenors’ meeting and shall require feedback by noon on Wednesday, 27 August 2014.
I look forward to seeing you all at the Club Convenors’ meeting on Monday, 18 August 2014. It is important that you (or a representative) attend this meeting as non-attendance may mean that you miss pertinent information for the upcoming season.
