Dear Convenor,
 
The Convenors’ Meeting is coming up soon and is a valuable opportunity to access pertinent information for upcoming season.  We would like to remind you the importance of attending this meeting as not all clubs send representatives. In addition to explaining aspects of the forthcoming league and new rules, the Association will be introducing an electronic match card system and it is mandatory that all Convenors, or their representatives, attend the meeting to learn about the system. Clubs that fail to send a representative will be penalised.

We look forward to seeing you at the upcoming Convenors’ Meeting on 15 August 2016 at King’s Park Hockey Ground.
