2. Number of Teams, Convenor Details & League Structure: To enable us to prepare for the coming season, please provide us with the following by 2pm Tuesday 3 July 2018:
- Details of convenors for the 2018/19 season
- Exact number of teams your club expects to register for the 2018/19 season
- Any preferences/concerns about possibly changing the league to 10 team divisions as discussed at the AGM and in the outgoing Chairwoman's report.
3. Indicative Timeline: Upon receipt of the above information from each club as an indicative timeline we intend to circulate the league structure for the 2018/19 season around mid-July at the latest. Clubs will be expected to pay registration fees by 10 August 2018 and individual player registrations to be completed by 3 September 2018.
Please note that we will circulate a firm timeline next month.
