HKHAWS 18-19 Circular No. 5 - Online Payment Transaction for League Registration Fee

Dear Club Convenors,     

Over the week, Women’s Section received requests from clubs that they want to pay the team registration and club affiliation fee by bank transfer via ATM or online. Women’s Section decides to accept the payment by cheque or bank transfer.               

Please send the registration form with:

1. A cheque payable to “The Hong Kong Hockey Association”. Please indicate the Club name at the back of the cheque and send to below address:

The Hong Kong Hockey Association (Women’s Section), 1/F, Administration Block, King’s Park Hockey Ground, 2-6 Wylie Rd, Kowloon.

OR

2. Transfer payment to HSBC 658-117643-838 (The Hong Kong Hockey Association). Please attach either the image the bank-in slip in case of transfer via ATM or the screenshot of the confirmation of the online transfer and email to Miss. Jowie Wong, jowiewong@hockey.org.hk, Miss. Janice Chan, janicechan@hockey.org.hk, Miss. Maggie Chan, maggiechan@hockey.org.hk AND Miss. Bonnie Yeung, bonnieyeung@hockey.org.hk.

**Application will be deem as unsuccessful in the absence of image of the bank-in slip or confirmation of on-line transfer.
