Hockey Hong Kong, China (HockeyHK) is inviting vendor or individual to submit proposal for the provision of short-term marketing and promotion services. 

📅 Service Period: January 1, 2025 - June 30, 2025 (6 months) 

💰 Total Budget: $74,400

*Scope of Services:* 

1️ Manage HockeyHK's social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Threads), including the design and publishing of posts and dynamic contents. 

2️ Capture professional profile photos of athletes, document matches and events through photography and videography, and handle editing and post-production. 

3️ Develop and execute a content calendar to enhance social media engagement and strengthen the association’s brand image. 

4️ Ensure all contents align with event themes and brand requirements.

*Qualifications of Service Providers:* 

✔️ Proven experience in social media management or content creation (experience in sports-related projects is an advantage). 

✔️ Proficiency in sports-related photography and videography, with the ability to independently handle post-production editing. 

✔️ Familiarity with design and video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or other relevant software). 

✔️ Creative, responsible, and a strong team player with a passion for hockey or other sports.

Hockey Hong Kong, China is saddened to learn the passing of Kader Rahman yesterday. Kader was our hockey olympian at the Tokyo Olympic Games in 1964. He was also known as the founder of inter-hall hockey at the University of Hong Kong. In recent years, Kader was closely supporting the Islamic Union in developing youth hockey. Our condolences to Kader's family and friends.
