Dear Convenors,

Following the positive feedback from last season's tournament, this year's Premier Division Hockey5s Tournament will be held on 12th January, 2019.  It will be held at Hong Kong Football Club from (14:00 - 20:00). The fixtures and rules together with any other information about the event will be sent out in due course.  Please find attached the team entry list for your reference, kindly note that as accordance to FIH rules, goalies for the 5-aside are compulsory.  All Saturday Premier Division league teams are automatically entered into the tournament.  

Please complete the attached entry list and return to jowiewong@hockey.org.hk before 5:00 pm on 14 December 2018.
