Dear all,

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced the arrangement of using the "LeaveHomeSafe" mobile application before entering LCSD offices and venues including indoor and outdoor sports facilities starting from 1 November 2021.  All persons will be required to use the app to scan the venue QR code before they are allowed to enter LCSD offices and venues.

Exemption: 

Age below 12 or 65 or above and those with disabilities that render use of the app difficult will be exempted from this requirement. 

**All exempted persons are required to complete a record form and present relevant identification documents to venue staff for verification.
