Dear Convenors,
Men's Section is pleased to invite your club to participate at the 53rd Guru Nanak Hockey Tournament, sponsored by the Khalsa Diwan Hong Kong (Sikh Temple)., which will be held on Sunday, 11 December 2022 at Hong Kong Football Club and Happy Valley Recreation Ground (Pitch No. 9,10 and Pitch 11) from 8:30am onwards (depending on the numbers of teams entered). The details of winner prize will be announced later.
All clubs affiliated to the HKHAMS are invited to participate and each Club may enter a maximum of 3 teams. The entry fee for each team is $300 and will be forfeited if any team withdraws after the draws are made.
This year Guru Nanak Hockey Tournament HKHAMS would like to have more teams to participate and we propose to have:
- *Premier Division Teams play for Cup.
- *Division 1 to Division 3 teams play for Plate
*Division 4 to Division 6 teams play for shield.
* If any Lower Division Team wants to play in Upper Level will be allowed to play upon HKHA approval and Upper Division Team are not allowed to play in Lower Level.
Clubs interested in participating in this 9-a-side Hockey Tournament, please confirm the enrolment of your team by providing team name via email to roychan@hockey.org.hk before 12pm Monday, 28 November 2022.
All Clubs are requested to confirm their enrolment and settle payment on or before submission deadline. Otherwise, their applications will not be considered.
*Cheques to be made payable to "The Hong Kong Hockey Association" or transfer payment to HSBC 658-117635-838 (The Hong Kong Hockey Association).
Please attach either the image the bank-in slip in case of transfer via ATM or the screenshot of the confirmation of the online transfer (payment is deem as unsuccessful in absence of receipt) and email to roychan@hockey.org.hk.
Clubs will be notified of the fixtures after the entries have been finalized.
