HockeyHK P&D 25-26 Circular No. 3 - Annual Coach Registration 2025-2026

Dear Coaches,

This circular serves as an invitation for the annual coach registration process and outlines the requirements to maintain your coaching accreditation with HockeyHK. These procedures are essential to uphold the integrity and professional standards of our coaching community for the upcoming season.

Coaches who successfully complete their registration with HockeyHK and submit all required documentation will be designated as Registered Coaches. Registered coaches are eligible to lead HockeyHK-sanctioned courses and will receive periodic invitations to participate in our programs.

For the renewal of your membership as a registered coach, you are required to complete the annual registration by submitting all the required documents as listed below by the deadline of 5 PM on Tuesday, 30 September 2025.  Any late submission will not be considered.

1) Updated coach qualification certificate

2) Valid   Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC)

3) Completed Conflict of Interest Declaration Form (as attached)

**Conflict of Interest Declaration is a core policy to proactively identify and mitigate potential conflicts, ensuring the protection of the best interests and the organization integrity. This requirement applies broadly including but not limited to coach for a specific school or sports club or being a player or affiliated to a specific clubs**

For any new coach registration request: An additional document of 10-hour coaching log (with the course details which must be supervised and endorsed by a higher-level HockeyHK-registered coach) must be submitted to P&D Section together with the above documents.  Registration results will be announced within 14 days of submission. The coaching log form is attached for reference.
