Dear Convenors,
We are pleased to announce a meeting for both Mini and Youth Hockey Convenors on Wednesday, 17 September 2025, at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held at the Conference Room, 2/F, King's Park Hockey Ground to discuss plans for the upcoming year.
Please confirm your attendance by replying to this email by 5:00 PM on 9 September 2025.
Kindly provide the name and telephone number of your club / school incharge contact person in your reply, so we can form a WhatsApp group for further communication.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Recommendation for hosting Mini Hockey Tournament
2. Youth League 2025-2026 (Team & Format)
3. Any Other Business
Reminder:
P&D Affiliated Club Registration for 2025-2026 is now open for enrollment. To register, please submit the Club Registration Form and settle the Club Affiliation Fee of HKD200.
Deadline for form submission and payment settlement: 5PM on Tuesday, 30 September 2025
Any late submission of form or late settlement of payment will not be considered.
