Dear All,

We wish to bring to your attention that a complaint has recently been received regarding smoking activities at Happy Valley Recreation Ground.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind all clubs, umpires and coaches that smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of Happy Valley Recreation Ground. 

In accordance with the Smoking (Public Health) Ordinance, no person shall smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar, or pipe in statutory no smoking areas, or else will be liable to a fixed penalty of $1,500.
