Dear All,

Please find attached Notice of Masters' Section Annual General Meeting 2025/2026 to be held on Wednesday, 17^th June 2026 at 7:00pm at the Hong Kong Football Club, 3 Sports Road, Happy Valley, Hong Kong.

All players, social members, former players or any other person who has been duly registered with the Masters’ Section of the HockeyHK are welcome and eligible to attend. Every member so attending will be permitted to vote. No proxies are allowed.

All nominations for the Committee positions and any submission of other business should be passed to the secretary of the Masters’ Section on or before Wednesday, 10^th June 2026.

Nomination form, agenda for the meeting and 2024-2025 AGM minutes have also been attached.
