HockeyHKMS 26-27 Circular No. 3 - Men's League 26-27 Club Registration

The start of the new 2026-27 will soon be upon us.  The first games of the Men’s Winter League 2026-2027 are targeted to be played on 12 September 2026, while the first round of Premier Division games are scheduled for 19 September 2026.

1          Club Registration

Please complete the online registration form at https://forms.gle/RWJABGf5jSmQJWfK8 for club registration.  The deadline is 5pm, 2 August 2026 (​Sunday).  Any special relegation or promotion request must be indicated in the Club Registration Form.

Clubs are required to submit the team uniform design for HockeyHKMS approval according to Section 9.1 of the HockeyHKMSCompetition Bye-laws revised in July 2024, “Affiliated Clubs shall submit their team uniform designs for the Committee’s approval each year when they submit their league registration form. The colours of the first and second strips should be distinctively different for the shirt and the socks…”  You are also reminded that, written approval from the HockeyHKMS is required before a club can accept any sponsorship.  Please refer to the attached file “Uniform Advertising” for the relevant requirements.

If you are having a new uniform, please send us the design via email.  If not, please take photos of your existing home and away uniform and send us the photos via email.

Please note that **According to the bye-laws 3.1, membership of the HockeyHKMS shall be by the joint invitation of the Council and the Men’s Committee. Therefore, the acceptance of your club registration request will subject to the final decision by Council and Section.**  The council will issue a confirmation of renewal of club membership for successful registration.
