2026-27 - WS League Checklist - Club Registration

Dear Club Convenors,  

The Winter League will commence on 19 Sep 2026.  Please find attached the official letter of invitation for the HockeyHKWS 2026/27 Winter League.

Kindly note the following:

Complete the online club registration form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdGRp8n-l4owWvKR7ZsUNUwvKJQcq34-2_66SWgnaFFA9gWWg/viewform?usp=dialog to join the league on or before Tuesday, noon 18 August 2026.

*Please submit your club registration and settle the (A) League Fees (Team Registration Fee) by 18 August 2026. The (B) Administration Fees must be settled by 24 August 2026. Please make two separate payments: one for your league fees and another for your administration fees.

No Play Dates
Please submit the club's no-play date requests in the google form, and we will try to satisfie your equest.

A pre-season Club Convenors’ meeting is scheduled to take place at King’s Park conference room on a date between the 24th and 28th (Week 4) August 2026 at 7:30 pm. Details will be sent out separately.
