Dear all coaches,

With the season end soon, the Hong Kong Hockey Association would like to know all registered coaches' coaching activities in the current season. Please kindly fill-in and submit the HKHA Coaches Registration Form with below link:

Deadline: 5th June, 2015 (Friday)

Please notice that the HKHA Registered Coaches List will be show on the HKHA website after the deadline. All coaches who submit the HKHA Coaches Registration Form will be named "active coach" on the list, whereas others coaches will be named "non-active coach" on the coach list.
