(File update) HKHAWS 14-15 Circular No. 31 - Annual General Meeting 2014-2015
Dear Convenor,
Please find attached the AGM minutes from 13/14 and the List of Nomination for 15/16. According to the HKHAWS General Byelaws, the Committee should consist of 8 Office Bearers and 7 General Members. A vote will need to take place for some of the positions as they have more than one nominee. One ballot will be allowed per club. No more nominations will be accepted.
