Dear Club Convenors,
Please find attached Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Hong Kong Hockey Association Men’s Section (HKHAMS) to be held on Tuesday, 19th June 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference room, 2/F, Administration Block, King’s Park Hockey Ground. The agenda for the meeting and the supporting documents are attached for your reference.
Affiliated clubs may submit up to three (3) names as authorized representatives, who may attend the EGM. However, only one (1) has the power to vote. The authorized representative, so permitted to vote, shall personally sign the attendance register at the EGM. Please complete and submit the enclosed Attendance Form, which should reach the HKHA office no later than Tuesday, 12th June 2018.
Affiliated Clubs are further reminded that the entitlement to vote at the EGM may be withdrawn if they have not settled all the outstanding fines and debts with the HKHAMS by Tuesday, 12th June 2018.
Please note that clubs with outstanding fee may also lose the entitlement to vote at the HKHA Council Annual General Meeting.
