Dear Teams,
The Premier Hockey5s 2019 Tournament will be happening just around the corner on 12th January, 2019. This year we welcome Shenzhen team in joining. Please find attached to this email the fixtures and also FIH 5-aside rules.
The tournament shall be following the FIH 5-aside rules with the exception to time period played as well as Rule 5.3. The tournament will be divided into two Pools of 4 teams. Matches will be 15 minutes each with the exception of the final, played in 2 halves of 10 minutes. Within the pool, the following scores will be awarded - 3 for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for a loss. Should there be a draw on the total score, goal difference shall be counted towards pool placing. The rule 5.3 would only apply to the non-pool matches of Matches #15,16 and 18.
Each team will be required to send a representative to register on or before 1:30pm at the hockey pitch at HKFC. They will be required to fill in the registration form as well as present the HKHA registered team list (with color photos).
Kindly ensure that each team brings two playing kits in case of clash of color.
