Dear Convenors,
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, the HKHAMS has decided to conclude the Hong Kong Hockey Men’s Winter League 2021-22 based on first round result.
Before the suspension of the sports facility in January 2022, all matches of first round, except one in the Forth Division were completed. As the missing match does not affect the final standing for championship, the HKHAMS announces the champion for Men’s Winter League 2021-22 of each division goes to the highest ranked team from each division (only based on first round results). Please find the final standing of each division in the attached file.
There will be no automatic promotion and relegation for next season. Instead it will be handled on a case by case basis as we approach the start of the new season and reach out to relevant clubs in due course. In case of disputes over promotion and relegation, HKHAMS reserves the right to hold playoffs to determine the final promotion and relegation.
We would like to take the opportunity to thank the community for their continuing support and to congratulate all teams on a successful first half of the season.
