Dear Club Convenors,  

Please find attached the official letter of invitation for the HockeyHKWS 2024/25 Winter League.

Kindly note the following:

Winter League Commencement
The Winter League will commence on 7 September, 2024.

No Play Dates
Given the closure of King's Park for the entire season and our goal to play two full rounds, we regret that we will be unable to accommodate any "no play dates" from the clubs this season.

Player Registration Forms
The player registration forms will be made available in early August through a separate circular.

Core/Non-Core Byelaw Updates
The WS committee is currently reviewing the Core/Non-core Experimental Byelaws based on feedback received from the clubs. We aim to circulate the proposed updates in August. If these updates affect your decision to adjust the number of teams, the WS will allow for refund considerations.
