HockeyHKMS 24-25 Circular No. 16- Incident between UBSC A and HKJ A on 13 September 2024

Dear Convenors,

There was a violent incident happened at the spectators' stand during the game between UBSC A vs HKJ A on 13th September 2024. After investigation, MS concludes that one of the UBSC A team official attacked the spectators of the opposing team during the match. The person involved in violent behaviour is banned from participating in any activities organised under the auspices of the HockeyHKMS or the HockeyHK for 10 years and the manager of UBSC is suspended to participate in UBSC activities for the remaining season.

MS notices that there were more incidents happened at the spectators stand, we would like to remind all clubs that the club is responsible for the behaviours of all participants, which included bit not limited to players, officials, members and spectators. All misconduct from any individuals will be dealt in accordance with the MS General Bye-law and Competition Bye-law.
