SML 2025 - Circular No. 2 Team Entry Confirmation
Dear Convenors,
We are pleased to inform you that your team is successfully entered the Summer Mixed League 2025!
Below are some points to note:
Entry Fee
The entry fee will be $2,400 which covers 8 games per team.
The payment must be received by the HockeyHK office on or before 12:00 on Monday, 9th June 2025.
Any team that has not paid by this date will be withdrawn from the league immediately.
Payment details:
Please prepare a cheque payable to “Hockey Hong Kong, China” and send it to 1/F, Administration Block, King's Park Hockey Ground, 6 Wylie Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong
Kindly write down your full name and team name at the back of the cheque for our reference.
ATM or Online payment to HSBC account #658-117619-838
Please email the soft copy of the ATM or Online payment receipt to roychan@hockey.org.hk with your full name and team name for our reference. Application is deemed as unsuccessful in absence of payment receipt.

Reminders:
1. Player Registration
The deadline of submitting the Player Registration will be on or before Monday, 9th June 2025.
2. U18 Players
The registration of players under the age of 18* cannot be accepted unless the form “Parental Permission Letter for Players Under 18” has been completed, signed by the player’s parent or guardian and submitted to the HockeyHK by email (roychan@hockey.org.hk).
*minimum age is 12*
