HockeyHK P&D 26-27 Circular No. 3 - Youth League Team Registration 26/27 (Mixed)

 Dear Convenors,

The Youth League 2026-27 (7-a-side) is tentatively scheduled to be commenced on 31 October 2026.

The league will be played in mixed team format.  We are also pleased to announce that we will arrange School Divisions after the club matches finished this season.  Details will be announced at a later stage.

For Club's Division, clubs may enter more than one team in each group.  The acceptance of no. of teams will be decided by the P&D Section Committee.

1) Team Registration:

1. If your club is interested in joining the league, please complete the Team Registration Form via: (https://forms.gle/8FNVQfsLoG8DkjLe9) on or before 12:00pm, 11 September 2026 (Friday). 

2. Team Registration Fee: $600 per team

3. Payment arrangement will be announced after the final no. of team entries are confirmed.

2) Player Registration:

• Deadline: on or before 25 September 2026 (Friday).
•  Age requirement: 12 - 18 years old 

**To register players going to be age 12: players must turn 12 years old by their first match (Must provide 3 working days for HockeyHK office to review and approve i.e. on or before every Tue for a Sat match after the season's start).  Please note that players are not allowed to register earlier than the week they actually turn 12

**Registrations for players who is 19 years old for their first match will be rejected.  In condition that the players register at 18 years old for their first match and turn 19 years old during the season, they are still allowed to play.

•  Registered players per team:

o   Minimum: 10 players

o   Maximum: 20 players

•   Important Note:  A mixed team must include at least two girls on game day. 
   
  

3)  Additional Requirements: 

• A signed Parental Consent Form (as attached) is mandatory for  ALL players.
•   For new players, please submit the New Player Registration Form  through the HockeyHK registration system (https://www.hockey.org.hk/YouthRegistration.asp).
•   For re-registration, Online Player Re-Registration must be submitted by activating players in the HockeyHK website registration system. For any special requests (e.g., shirt number changes, player transfers from other clubs), please complete the attached transfer form and email it to brianlaw@hockey.org.hk.
