One-on-one penalty shoot-out rules

Enclosed please find the fixtures and Rules for Guru Nanak Hockey Tournament.

A briefing will be given to all team captains (Men's) at 10:30am King’s Park Hockey Ground and Club de Recreio according to their allocated pools (see the fixtures).
All team captains are reminded to get their team ready to start the match on time. If a team could not provide a minimum number of 7 players at the start time of the scheduled time, the opponents will be awarded a walkover.
In other words, no 5 minutes grace period will be given.
Players from Premier Division teams cannot play in Plate Competition. The first and second ranked teams of each group of the Plate Competition and the top 4 teams of the Cup Competition will enter the semi-finals. All matches at the preliminary stage will be 12 minutes straight. Semi-final matches will be 15 minutes straight. Final matches will be 10 minutes each way with a 2 minutes break.
Please inform your team captains and players.
