HKHA P&D Section 17-18 Circular No. 2 - Boys' and Girls' Youth Leagues 2017-2018 Registration

Dear all,
P&D Section will organize the Boys' Youth League (11-a-side) and the Girls' Youth League (5-a-side) starting from November 2017 to May 2018. Total no. of rounds will be subject to no. of teams submitted.
If your club is interested in joining the League, please complete the attached Club Registration Form with Entry Fee: $2,000 per team (It should be made payable to "The Hong Kong Hockey Association") and submit to the HKHA on or before 17:00 on Monday 30th October 2017. $500 is fully refundable at the end of season if there are no any penalty fines. Player Registration Forms or Player Re-registration Form must also be submitted on or before 17:00 on Friday 10th November 2017.
