(Supplementary Information) HKHAWS 17-18 Circular No. 18 - Annual General Meeting 2017-2018
Dear Convenor,
I'm sure you are all excited for the upcoming Women's section AGM on Monday 11th. A reminder that we will be starting at 7.30pm in KP conference room. Please find the attached reports that will be read at the meeting along with the proposed amendments to our byelaws. The amendments are reflect current practice, updating our committee roles and size (byelaw 5), updating voting procedures at the AGM (byelaw 10) and aligning with the MS on a few matters. I would like to be more environmentally friendly so limited copies of the these reports will be available at the meeting. Please read online or bring your own copy.
I am pleased to remind you that the attendance form submission deadline will be by 5pm TODAY. Any clubs who still haven’t submitted the form, please kindly compltete the form and submit to office as soon as possible. Affiliated Clubs are also further reminded that the entitlement to vote at the AGM may be withdrawn if they have not settled all the outstanding fines and debts with the HKHAWS.
