Dear Convenors, 

Ahead of the upcoming Women's section AGM on Monday 29th June 2020 I wanted to send a reminder that we will be starting at 7.30pm at the Hong Kong Football Club and also attach the following reports that will be read at the meeting: 

• Minutes of 2018/19 AGM;
• Chairwoman's Report;
• Grounds and fixtures Report: and 
• Umpiring Report.  

As we are trying to be more environmentally friendly, limited copies of these reports will be available at the meeting. Please read online or bring your own copy.  We will provide at the AGM itself the Financial Report.

I would also like to remind clubs that the entitlement to vote at the AGM may be withdrawn if they have not settled all the outstanding fines and debts with the HKHAWS.
