Dear Convenors,

The new umpire Beginner Course will be held. Please see details as follows:

Rules & Practical Session and Theory Test

Date: 16 December 2023 (Sat)

Time: 09:00-13:00

Venue: King's Park Hockey Ground

Instructor: Alistair James Clark + TBD

Language: English

Course fee: HK$100

Please note that to obtain TP (Theory-passed) status, participants are required to attend the whole session and pass the theory test. Please complete the registration form found on the link below on or before 4 December 2023 (Mon).

Well before the course please download and study the latest FIH Rules and HockeyHK Byelaws; do NOT expect the course to teach you the rules, but there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions. A practical session will be held on the pitch so that some situations can be demonstrated.  Please bring a whistle to the course.
