Please find attached the updated fixtures for Hockey 5s on 30 Apr Sat: adjustment has been made due to late withdrawal.

Umpire duties have been adjusted as well. Please check and arrange umpires accordingly.

Kindly remind your captains to submit a completed team list (blank form attached) to PIC on the day.
