HKHAWS 17-18 Circular No. 6 -Revised Competition Bye-laws

Dear Convenors, 

As discussed previously at the convenors' meeting, we attach the updated competition bye-laws which will be implemented this season.  The updates are to reflect, amongst other things, the use of electronic match cards, amendments to the walkover rules and that participation in knockout tournaments are compulsory.
