HKHAWS 18-19 Circular No. 18 - HKHAWS Hockey/Umpire Rule Talk

Dear All Club Convenor,

As I mention at the convenors meeting early HKHAWS, each club or teams must need to have same number of register umpire per number of team. I understand there are some clubs or team still cannot fulfil this requirement, as I promise before HKHAWS will organise a hockey/umpire rule talk to all the club. I hope if your club don't have any register umpire please send at least 6 players to attend this rule talk to fulfil our basic requirement or it might help you to make it more clear before you attend the umpire beginner course and details as below:-

Date : 10th October, 2018

Day : Wednesday

Time : 7:15pm - 9:00pm

Venue : King's Park Hockey Ground Conference Room
