Adult Hockey Training Course - Beginner I (BS) (Apr - May 2025)

對象: 歡迎18歲或以上人士參加

Age Group: 18 years old or above

*中國香港曲棍球總會有權利就訓練日期及時間安排作出調動或取消。

*Hockey Hong Kong, China reserves the right to amend / cancel the date and time of the training courses.

報名辦法:
請填妥電子報名表格，連同報名費，寄往：九龍衛理道二至六號，京士柏曲棍球場，行政大樓一樓，中國香港曲棍球總會收。

1)支票付款：抬頭請寫上 “Hockey Hong Kong, China” ，並在支 票背後寫上參加者姓名及班別，請勿郵寄現金。
2)轉賬：HSBC 658-117650-838 (中國香港曲棍球總會)。並上傳至電子報名表上。如未能成功上傳，請電郵至 development@hockey.org.hk。**如轉帳 付款欠缺銀行收據證明，報名申請將視為不成功。

Entry: Complete the online application form and upload cheque image and make payable to “Hockey Hong Kong, China”. Please write the participants name & class code on the back of the cheque and send to Hockey Hong Kong, China, 1/F, Administration Block, King’s Park Hockey Ground, 2-6 Wylie Road, Kowloon.

OR Transfer payment to HSBC 658-117650-838 (Hockey Hong Kong, China). Please attach bank in slip in the online application form.  Please contact development@hockey.org.hk if you have any difficulty for the upload.

*在班上會提供球棍及球，上課只需穿著舒適運動服及鞋。Sticks and balls are provided during the classes, just come in your comfy sports clothings and shoes.

*本會將盡快通知申請結果，如在課程開始前3天仍未收到電郵確認，請與我們聯繫（電子郵件：development@hockey.org.hk 電話：2782 4932 ）。

*The result of your application will be sent to your email as soon as possible, If you do not hear from us 3 days before the start date of the course, please contact us (email : development@hockey.org.hk Tel : 2782 4932 ).
