Dear Club Convenors,

Trusted that you all have good summer break. It's time to kick off the preparation for next season.
The Men's Winter League 2019-2020 will debut on 8 September 2019, while the first round of Premier Division games is scheduled on 22 September 2019.

Club Registration

Please see attached:

1. Form A for Club registration in excel format (Total 3 pages on separate tabs);
2. HKHA code of conduct (27 June 2014)

Please complete the Form A and submit the same to the Association no later than 5pm on Friday, 26 July 2019.

Fees

*Please settle (A) and (B) payment SEPARATELY due to LCSD requirements.

A. Team registration fee

B. Annual affiliation fee + Annual administration fee

*Cheques to be made payable to "The Hong Kong Hockey Association" or transfer payment to HSBC 658-117635-838 (The Hong Kong Hockey Association). Please attach either the image the bank-in slip in case of transfer via ATM or the screenshot of the confirmation of the online transfer (payment is deem as unsuccessful in absence of receipt) and email to ambrosekwan@hockey.org.hk & jowiewong@hockey.org.hk .

First Conveners' Meeting

The first Convenors’ meeting will be conducted on 15 August 2019 at 7pm at Conference Room, 2/F., Administration Block, King’s Park Hockey Ground, 6 Wylie Road.
