Dear All,

Please note the arrangements for the HKHA EGM to be held on Friday 11 June 2021 at 7:00 pm at the Hong Kong Football Club, Sports Road, Happy Valley.

The meeting will now be held on the 2nd Floor, instead of 1st Floor, in three rooms -

Happy Valley Suite 1, Happy Valley Suite 2, and Lockhart Room.

To comply with the social distancing rules, no more than 20 people can be accommodated in one room. No F&B will be served during the meeting.

No more than 4 people on one table. Please bring laptop to join the meeting via Zoom. Or use hand phone.

Please report to Happy Valley Suite 1 for registration and collection of Voting Slips. After votes are casted, the voting slips will be collected from each room by HKHA staff.
