HKHAUS 22-23 Circular No. 7 - Reckless Play in Winter League

Dear Convenors,

After a review of the incident which resulted in serious injury of a player during the match between Valley A vs KNS A on the 2 October 2022 and the post-match reports received from our officials, the HKHAUS has decided to temporary reassign Khalid Hussain to the Divisional Panel for a duration of two weeks between the 6 - 20 October 2022.

The HKHAUS wants to emphasize our determination to crackdown on dangerous and reckless plays in our game to ensure the safety of our players. We would like to ask all clubs to help us to convey our message to the players of the importance of safety and sportsmanship.

The HKHAUS will continue our effort to educate our umpires to improve the consistency thus providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all teams.
