Dear Convenor,
P&D Section will organize the Boy’s & Girl’s Youth League (5-a-side) starting from 4 November 2023 to 30 March 2024. The playing team will be either mixed team or divided into boys’ and girls’ teams subject to total no. of girl teams enrolled.
All of the deadlines as below will be extend respectively due to the clubs require more preparation for the registration.
If your club is interested in joining the league, please complete the Club Registration via: (https://forms.gle/pCgpGPz84jAaH3FA6) on or before 17:00 30 September 2023 (Saturday). We will preliminarily collect the team component details to decide the gender grouping in the first stage. Grouping confirmation will be issued to clubs on or before 17:00 6 October 2023 (Friday) for payment settlement arrangement.
Payment of 1) Team Registration Fee: $900 per team and the 2) Club Affiliation Fee: $200 per club should have to be settled in TWO SEPARATE PAYMENTS by 17:00 on 13 October 2023 (Friday).
Payment method: transfer the TWO SEPARATE PAYMENTS to HSBC, account number 658-117650-838 by ATM, Bank Deposit and Online Transfer. If we do not receive your bank slip by deadline, your application will be deemed as unsuccessful. For cheque payment, please make cheque payable to "Hockey Hong Kong, China" and submit to the HockeyHK by payment deadline.
Player registration:
Player registration deadline: on or before 17:00 on 13 October 2023 (Friday).
Age range: born on 1 January 2008 - 31 December 2012
Minimum registered players in a team: 7 players
New Player Registration Form (http://www.hockey.org.hk/YouthRegistration.asp) / Online Player Re-registration must also be submitted through the website registration system. For any special request e.g. shirt # change / player transfer from other clubs, please complete the respective form attached and send to andykwok@hockey.org.hk.
Registration submitted after deadline will be processed in next batch. Please ensure sufficient players registered before the deadline to join the league.
