HockeyHK P&D Section 23-24 Circular No. 5 - Compulsory Action on E-Match Card Submission
Dear Convenors,
We observed that the teams did not submit E-Match Card before and after the match completed for last Saturday’s games.
You are advised that teams MUST fill in the E-Match Card and select player and submit it before the match start. Failure to complete this process, the game would not be started and will be deemed as a walkover with effective from the coming match day (9 DEC 2023).. Please ensure only register player can play in the league. If there is any unregistered player found in playing, the umpires would report and refer to P&D Committee.
Attached herewith the guideline of E-Match Card for your reference. Should you have any enquiry about the E-Match Card, please feel free to contact us on or before 16:00 8 DEC 2023 (this Friday) to facilitate the E-Match Card submission. You MUST report to HockeyHK office if you encounter any E-Match Card system issue during the match.
