HockeyHKMS 25-26 Circular No. 5 - Men's League 25/26 - Update of Team Captains/ Representatives

Dear Convenors, 

Kindly be reminded each club should send us the full name, phone number and HKID of the pitch signing person s who could arrive the pitch on time by completing this GOOGLE FORM by 17:00 on 22 Aug 2025.  Only one person’s signature will be needed on the day but we are collecting two as back up.  The collection of the personal data will be used for the purposes of pitch signing for the league matches.

Please note that it is teams’ responsibility to ensure the pitch is signed before all league matches start.  It is strongly suggested that the teams who play the first match of the day should sign all slots for that day.  However, all teams should also ensure the pitch is signed before their matches.  Any unsigned pitches will be deemed as no show and will affect HockeyHK’s priority for future bookings.

Additionally, the teams playing the final match of the day are required to inform the groundsman upon completion.
