HockeyHK P&D 26-27 Circular No. 2 - P&D Affiliated Club Registration 2026-2027

Dear Convenors,

HockeyHK P&D Section is pleased to annouce that P&D Affiliated Club Registration 2026-2027 is now open for enrollment.

For registration, kindly

1) Submit the Club Registration From via: https://forms.gle/ncVBecXbXtx4TQvy7 and 

2) Settling the Club Affiliation Fee of HKD200.

Deadline for form submission and payment settlement:  5PM on Friday, 31 July 2026

Any late submission of form or late settlement of payment will not be considered.

Payment methods:

i) Bank Transfer: Transfer the payment to HSBC account number 658-117650-838.
We accept payments via ATM, Bank Deposit or Online Transfer. You must send us a copy of the bank in slip for office record. If we do not receive the bank slip by the mentioned deadline, your application will be considered as unsuccessful.

ii) Cheque: Please make your cheque payable to "Hockey Hong Kong, China" and submit it directly to the HockeyHK office by the payment deadline.
