HockeyHKWS 26-27 Circular No. 9 - 2026/27 Womens Winter League Provisional Fixtures

Please see the attached draft provisional Winter League fixtures for the 2026/2027 season. Umpiring duties will be included in the final fixtures.

Kindly submit comments by 5pm Friday 28th August 2026 in the specified format (see “2. Comments" sheet within the file).

Due to the unavailability of the Happy Valley pitches during December and January and the composition of the teams in the Women’s league, pitch slots remain at a premium with limited scope for change in the schedule. Certain fixtures remain subject to final confirmation by the relevant venue(s).
To the extent possible we have incorporated the no play dates previously requested. We will only be able to accommodate changes with exceptional reasons (e.g. major life events) or if the requesting club proposes a viable solution.
If there are rescheduling of midweek games, there is a possibility that we may have to utilise Saturday slots for such rescheduling.
For ease of reference, the League Structure is reattached together with a description of the competition format for each division in the “3.League Structure&Competition Format” sheet within the file.
The dates and details around the knock-out tournaments will be circulated under separate cover.
