Dear ALL,

This year, HKHA will organize the 2nd Hong Kong International 6-a-side Mini & Youth Hockey Tournament, which will be held on Sunday 15th of February 2015. All hockey clubs and schools are welcome to join this tournament (Each Club/School can enter more than one team in each of the category U8/U10/U12/U15Boys/U15Girls).

At this moment, there are total number of 9 overseas team coming from Shanghai, Beijing and Guangdong confirmed to join the tournament, and more teams are coming!

*Application deadline: 31st December, 2014.

** Application: Please submit the 1) Entry Form 2) Players Registration Form 3) ID Copy of Players and 4) 1 x Passport Photo for players for application.

Entry Form and Players Registration Form are enclosed herewith for your distribution.
