Dear Convenor,
Please find attached, Entry List & Fixtures for the 11-a-side Tournament (D3 & D5) on 26th September 2015 (Sat). For tournament rules, please refer to Competition Byelaws no. 16 (available for download from HKHA website).
Your team shall arrive on-time and submit a completed Entry Form to the PIC upon arrival at the pitch. Each team must provide 1 umpire. To avoid clashing of kit colour, your team is encouraged to bring both Home and Away Kit.
If your team encounter any emergency on the tournament day and could not attend the tournament, you should inform the Tournament Secretary at 9345 1496 immediately. (Your team will still have to pay the late-withdrawal fine of $1000.)
