HKHAMS 16-17 Circular No. 4 - Convenors' Meeting on 23 Aug 2016

Dear Convenors,

Please be informed that the Men's Convenors' Meeting for the coming season will be held at 7:00 pm at the conference room of King's Park Hockey Ground on 23 Aug 2016 (Tuesday).

The Men's Winter League will be kicked off on Sep 4 (for D1 and below, Premier League will starts on Sep 11).  Though fixture planning has been affected by late team withdrawals, the MS Committee has targeted to issue fixtures for Sept to Nov by mid-August, the latest.

At the coming meeting, the MS Committee will also explain and answer questions regarding the new league structure, format and related matters.  Opportunity will also be taken to brief you the changes that have been and would be made to the MS Competition Bye-laws and the new FIH rules.   Last but not least, drawing for the cup games would also be conducted at the meeting.

Please make sure at least a representative from your club will attend the meeting, in case you cannot make it.

In view of the lack of the awareness of the communication from the HKHA among the teams despite of the circulars being issued to all clubs, the MS committee decided to include all team captains or representatives in the distribution lists of the circulars issued by MS.

All club conveners are required to submit the names and the email addresses of their respective team captains or team representatives (one for each team) to the Men's Section on or before 8th August, 2016.
