HKHAWS 16-17 Circular No. 16 - Knockout Cup 2017

Dear Convenors,
 
The Knockout Tournament & Holland Cup will be held from March to mid-May this year.  All league teams are automatically entered into their respective Tournament.  Format this year will be as follows:
 
Top 8 - Holland Cup
Next 8 – Knockout Cup
Next 8 - Knockout Plate
Next 8 – Knockout Bowl
Remainder – Knockout Saucer
 
Finals will be held in May 2017. If your team(s) wish to withdraw, please notify us by 12noon, 23rd January (Mon).  Otherwise, it is presumed that your team(s) will be taking part in the event.  Any drop out after 12noon 23rd January will incur a fine of $1,000 per team.
 
The committee will hold the Tournament draw at the beginning of February (exact date TBC) to determine the fixtures.  Teams wishing to observe the draw should notify us by 23rd January.
