HKHAMS 18-19 Circular No. 7 - Team Captains/ Representatives details for Men's League 2018/2019

Electronic Match Card Guidelines 2017_0814

Dear Convenors,

To improve our communications to clubs, the MS committee has decided that clubs should provide HKHAMS with contact details for all team captains, so that both team captains and convenors can receive messages in timely fashion.  Please note that clubs should still communicate to HKHAMS through convenors.
For any updates or changes of team captains/ representatives (one for each team) details for 2018/2019 season, we should be grateful if club convenors would submit their (i) names, (ii) ID card # (iii) contact numbers and (iv) email addresses to the, & on or before 24 August, 2018 (Friday).

The collection of this personal data will be used for the purposes of communicating information relevant to HKHAMS matters and also used for creating default login account names and passwords for the E-match card system. As explained at the conveners' meeting, the person inputting the E-match card for your teams do not necessary be the team captains as they may not be present for all matches, you should share the login information to other team members who can back up when the team captains or representatives are absent at the match.
