The Annual General Meeting of The Hong Kong Hockey Association Promotion & Development Section 2020 – 2021 will be held on Wednesday, 16 June, at the King’s Park Conference Room from 7:00pm-8:00pm.
Please find attached a copy of the following documents: -
1. AGM Agenda
2. Nomination Form for Election of Committee Members for 2021-2022
3. Attendance Form for each Affiliated Club
Nominations are invited for the following posts:
(For a term of two (2) years):
Chairman
Honorary Secretary
Honorary Treasurer
(For a term of one (1) year):
Committee Members (4 posts)
Valid nominations must be proposed and seconded by two (2) authorized officials of different Affiliated Clubs as stipulated in the current P&D Bye-Laws. Affiliated Clubs may submit up to three (3) names as representatives, only one (1) shall be authorized to vote and attend the AGM in person, the other two (2) will have access to the AGM via Zoom (or equivalent). Therefore, we will need to know the number if a Zoom connection will also be required (to cater for larger number). The Convenors of Affiliated Clubs may submit to the Hon. Secretary of HKHA P&D with notice of any other business to be considered at the AGM.
The affiliation form and fee deposit must be completed as stipulated in the current P&D Bye-Laws 3.1.
All forms and deposits mentioned above must be received by the HKHA Office no later than 5:00pm on 9 June, 2021 (Wednesday).
Affiliated Clubs are reminded that the entitlement of vote at the AGM shall be withdrawn if they have not settled the 2020-2021 outstanding fees and debts by 5:00pm on 9 June, 2021 (Wednesday).
