The Annual General Meeting of The Hong Kong Hockey Association Promotion & Development Section 2021 – 2022 will be held on Wednesday, 29 June 2022, at the Lockhart Room, Hong Kong Football Club, 3 Sports Road, Happy Valley, Hong Kong from 7:00pm - 8:00pm.

Please find attached a copy of the following documents: -

1. AGM Agenda
2. Nomination Form for Election of Committee Members for 2022-2023
3. Attendance Form

 Nominations are invited for the following posts:

 (For a term of ONE (1) year)
- Chairman
- Hon. Secretary
- Hon. Treasurer
- Committee Members (4 posts) 

Valid nominations must be proposed and seconded by two (2) authorized officials of different Affiliated Clubs as stipulated in the current P&D Bye-Laws.  Affiliated Clubs may submit up to three names as representatives, only one (1) shall be authorized to vote.  The Convenors of Affiliated Clubs may submit to the Hon. Secretary of HKHA P&D with notice of any other business to be considered at the AGM.

 The affiliated fee as stipulated in the P&D Bye-Laws 3.1 will be waived for this year.

 All forms mentioned above must be received by the HKHA Office no later than 5:00pm on 22 June 2022 (Wednesday).

Affiliated Clubs are reminded that the entitlement of vote at the AGM shall be withdrawn if they have not settled the 2021-2022 outstanding fees and debts by 5:00pm on 22 June 2022 (Wednesday).
